Our Strategy 2027–2032

BACHP has an ambitious vision for the next five years: to be the UK’s leading professional home for cardiovascular nurses and allied professionals, advancing excellence, innovation and leadership in cardiovascular care.

Our 2027–2032 Strategy – Building the Future Cardiovascular Workforce sets out how we will grow and strengthen our professional community, support education and career development, advance research and innovation, strengthen the voice and influence of cardiovascular professionals, and build a strong and sustainable organisation for the future.

At its heart is our commitment to connect, support and represent cardiovascular nurses and allied professionals, creating opportunities for our members to learn, lead, collaborate and influence throughout their careers.
